About the Course
Knowing when the house was built can tell you a lot about it. In this course, we will explain each section of the chart we designed to help buyer agents and their clients to know what to expect by year built and check if it has been upgraded or not during a showing.
You will be provided with a certificate that can be used to apply for Self Directed hours.
